Job Duties:

• Coordinate the operation of wound clinic

• Organize hospital-wide staff training to improve quality of service

• Lead a team of linked nurses to improve wound care related issues

• Conduct wound assessments and develop personalized care plans

• Manage complex wound cases and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff

• Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention, dressing techniques, and self-care

• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training related to wound care

• Monitor the inventory of wound care products 

• Review wound care related clinical policies and documentations 

Requirement:

• Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong

• Possess a relevant certificate in Stoma and Wound Care Nursing 

• At least 3 years of clinical experience with a focus on wound care

• Advanced knowledge of wound care products, technologies, and evidence-based practices

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate with multidisciplinary health professionals 

• BLS bi-yearly recertification
