Well Women Health Assessment Plan

1. 3D Mammogram
   Suitable for women over 40 years old or suggested by doctor. It is a tomosynthesis imaging technology that provides doctors with a complete and clear set of three-dimensional images to diagnose early cancer, precancerous lesions, and early follow-up even before tumors form.
   
   
2. Breast Ultrasound
   Suitable for women of any age. It uses high-frequency sound waves to identify whether breast lumps are hard bodies or cysts, and to check the size, nature and characteristics of the lumps. As there is no radiation, it is also suitable for pregnant women.
   
   
3. Pelvic Ultrasound
   Suitable for women of any age. It can detect whether there are pathological changes in the uterus, ovaries and other reproductive organs, such as uterine fibroids, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cysts or ovarian cancer, etc.  
   
   
4. Thyroid Ultrasound
   Suitable for women of any age. It is used in diagnosis of tumors, cysts or goiters of the thyroid, and is a painless, no-risk inspection.

Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) scan helps to work out your risk of breaking a bone.  It is often used to help diagnose bone-related health problems, such as osteoporosis, or to assess the risk of getting them.  Women age 50 or above and Men age 60 or above are suggested to perform the test.
