Store Assistant
Application Period: 2026-04-27 ~ 2026-06-30
Responsibilities:
- Organizes, and secures inventory at store
- Handle purchase orders and follow up its delivery
- Inventory allocation and manage stock movement
- Make arrangement to pick up goods at store
- Follow up on payment
- Provide clerical support to procurement department as required
Requirement
- Form 5/ HKDSE or above
- Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management or related discipline will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. With hospital experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft operation, including Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel
- Basic knowledge in Oracle/ERP system is an advantage
- Detail-minded with good numerical sense
- Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
