Store Assistant
Application Period: 2026-04-27 ~ 2026-06-30

Responsibilities:

  • Organizes, and secures inventory at store
  • Handle purchase orders and follow up its delivery  
  • Inventory allocation and manage stock movement
  • Make arrangement to pick up goods at store
  • Follow up on payment
  • Provide clerical support to procurement department as required 

 

Requirement

  • Form 5/ HKDSE or above
  • Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management or related discipline will be an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. With hospital experience will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft operation, including Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel
  • Basic knowledge in Oracle/ERP system is an advantage
  • Detail-minded with good numerical sense
  • Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
