採購及倉務助理

工作內容:
- Handle purchase orders and follow up its delivery
- Inventory allocation and manage stock movement
- Make arrangement to pick up goods at store
- Follow up on payment
- Provide clerical support to procurement department as required
要求:
- Form 5/HKDSE or above, preferably with Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably with hospital experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft operation, including Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel
- Basic knowledge in Oracle/ERP system will be an advantage
- Detail-minded with good numerical sense
- Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
