一般化驗臨床化學的樣本和化驗表單,請依指示送到化驗室。如有疑問，請向查詢化驗室工作人員查詢
每個樣本應妥善收集，放置在適當的容器中，輕輕混合，並加蓋緊
所有收集標樣，必須立即送到化驗室

樣本類型及申請表單
在一般情況下，5至10毫升新鮮靜脈血液樣本可作為化學分析, 收集血液樣本後，放置在正確的收集容器, 樣本應一起與申請表單送到化驗室。收到的樣本如沒連同申請表單送到化驗室,該樣本將不獲受理並會退回所發送部門。所有樣本在運輸過程中請保持在攝氏4度。
