Job Duties:

• Work collaboratively with the Head of Accounts to develop a compliant surgery price estimation framework ahead of the government regulation.
• Help establish clear governance structures and communication channels for related surgery pricing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and support the potential development of a surgery pricing and estimation application.
• To support and assist the Head of Accounts in areas related to financial governance and costing processes.
• Assist in reviewing and improving current accounts workflows and internal housekeeping practices.
• Prepare necessary documentation, policies, and reports to ensure regulatory readiness.

Requirement:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with strong exposure to hospital or healthcare finance preferred.
• Proven experience in cost estimation, pricing governance, and process improvement.
• Experience working with vendors on financial system development or digitalisation projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to guide senior staff.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
