We provide a channel for patients to voice out their opinions through personal interview, telephone, and letter or in-patient opinion survey form. Your suggestions and comments are always welcomed. 

We also provide Japanese interpreting service for Japanese patients. 

Our Japanese Interpreters serve you from 9:00a.m. 5:00p.m.,Monday to Friday, and from 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. on Saturday(except Public Holiday).

On call service is also available if it is required.
