工作內容：

• Develop professional standards, operational guidelines, work processes and quality improvement programs to ensure delivery of safe care and smooth operation of the unit
• Ensure the operation of department is compliant with the current regulations
• Responsible to keep the operating room sterilized and upkeep the standard of perioperative nursing care
• Assist the anesthetists and surgeons in anesthesia and operative procedures as assigned
• Improve the quality & efficiency of care delivered to patients by managing and responding to patient needs proactively
• Maintain nursing staff by orienting & training, monitoring and appraising nurses’ job performance
• Conduct daily operation activities to enhance teamwork and safety culture within the unit
• Carry out duties assigned by Nursing Director

要求：

• Degree in Nursing and preferably with a post-graduate Master Degree in Nursing or Healthcare / Heath Services discipline
• Possess a valid nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong
• Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification clinical nursing experience with at least 5 years in nursing management role
• Strong leadership and influencing skill and good interpersonal skills
• Experience in nursing recruitment, training and development activities
• Staff coaching and mentoring skill is essential
