The room is fitted with one bed and two hepatitis machines (one of which is a spare). In addition, there is CCTV, TV and toilet facilities. These make up our new facility room with its own oxygen and suction supply as well as a locker for patient's own belongings.

Patients enter the fresh and comfortable new room by a sliding door allowing for Strict Infection Control for Hepatitis B patients making it the only such facility on Hong Kong Island. Our Hospital Dialysis Unit staff and patients welcome it into service effective from February 2002.
