The Hospital has won the Good People Management Award 2004 of the HKSAR government. Out of 374 competitors, 19 institutes are granted this Award. We are happy to announce that this was our second time to receive the same award. The number of entries for this time has increased by more than 80% when comparing to the 201 entries of last time. The Award is granted according to the following five areas of good people management, namely:

今 次 已 是 我 們 第 二 次 獲 獎 ， 而 今 屆 是 自 1 9 9 9 年 三 屆 以 來 最 多 機 構 參 賽 的 一 屆 ， 比 上 屆 參 賽 的 2 0 1 間 大 幅 升 了 八 成 多 ， 反 映 獎 項 備 受 重 視 。 此 獎 項 是 根 據 以 下 五 方 面 來 評 審 良 好 人 事 管 理 ， 包 括 :
